  • Classes

     

    Yoga Essentials

     

    Introduces and provides the foundation of yoga which includes elements of Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Yoga, synchronizing breath with movement. The asanas in this session will help participants develop: balance, effective breathing, strength, flexibility, endurance, meditation, and relaxation.

  • Level I & II Yoga 

     

    Practice of the asanas, or postures, for those wishing to further their progress.  This session will focus on breathing, postures, alignment, stretch, balance, strength, focus, and meditation transforming basic asanas through modifications. Truly, progressive yoga practice.

                                              Ballet Barre                                                                            

    The emphasis of this course is on refining and building endurance. Including standing poses, movement, strengthening, with traditional ballet movements, utilizing the barre, as well as free standing poses, and stretching on the mat. Express yourself through traditional ballet and dance your way through stretching, balancing, and strengthening. When and if you are ready, the class dance recital is optional! Demi Plie, si vous plait!    

     

    Kickboxing

    With a strong focus on cardio, this class is a low impact, strengthening, toning, and stretching fusion.  A great way to combine the key aspects of physical activity in a fun, upbeat class which gives one an empowering feeling!
